Terms of Use - Just Mode

Welcome to Just Mode, a global community platform for Minecraft players to explore, create, upload, and download Mods, Addons, Maps, Skins, Shaders, Resource Packs, and Servers. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Just Mode. By accessing or using Just Mode, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, uploading, or downloading any content from Just Mode, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including content creators, moderators, and visitors. Continued use of Just Mode means continued acceptance of updates to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

Minecraft™ is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. Just Mode is an independent fan platform and has no official affiliation with Mojang or Microsoft. All Mods, Addons, Maps, Skins, Shaders, Resource Packs, and related content uploaded by users remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Users must not upload content that infringes copyrights or violates third-party rights.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• Accounts are limited to 3 per IP address.
• Passwords are encrypted; however, users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Fake accounts, spam accounts, or impersonations will be removed without notice.

4. Uploading Content

By uploading Mods, Addons, Maps, Skins, or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the rights or permissions to distribute the content.
• The content is free from harmful code, viruses, or malware.
• The content does not violate local, national, or international laws.
• You grant Just Mode a license to display, distribute, and promote the content within the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following:

• Uploading stolen or plagiarized Mods, Addons, Maps, or Skins.
• Distributing malicious files or unsafe Addons.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards other users.
• Manipulating votes, likes, or download counters artificially.
• Bypassing security measures or attempting to hack the platform.

6. Advertising and Monetization

Just Mode uses Google AdSense and other advertising partners. By using the site, you consent to the use of cookies and personalized ads as per our Privacy Policy. Ads are subject to Google’s Publisher Policies, and users must not interfere with or manipulate ad delivery.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Just Mode is a hosting platform. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy, functionality, or safety of uploaded Mods, Addons, Maps, or Skins.
• Third-party downloads or damages resulting from use of user-generated content.
• Loss of data, account access, or digital items.

8. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international digital law standards and the applicable laws of your country of residence. Legal disputes must be resolved in competent courts under applicable jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Just Mode may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Updated versions will be posted here, and continued use implies acceptance.
