DMCA Takedown Policy - Just Mode

At Just Mode, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how copyright owners can report infringing content and how we process takedown requests.

3. How We Handle Requests

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the complaint.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the uploader of the removal.
• Provide the uploader with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notification including:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the content that was removed and its original URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of courts in your country.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be permanently banned from Just Mode. We strictly enforce this policy to protect creators and maintain trust with our community and partners.

6. Disclaimer

Just Mode is a hosting platform for user-generated Minecraft content. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users, but we take copyright issues seriously and act upon valid DMCA requests.
