Our mission is to give players and creators a safe, modern, and interactive space to share Mods, Addons, Maps, Worlds, and Shaders for both Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition. Unlike old-fashioned sites, JustMode is designed like a hybrid between a download hub and a social network, allowing you to upload, interact, subscribe, like/dislike, and save content in one place.

The idea came from the frustration many creators face when uploading mods to outdated platforms: lack of security, poor design, and weak privacy. JustMode solves these by offering fast downloads, secure uploads, privacy settings, subscriber systems, and responsive design. It’s not just a site; it’s the future of Minecraft modding.

Uploading on JustMode is simple yet powerful. Once you log in to your account, click on Upload Mod. You’ll be asked to provide detailed information:

• Title: The name of your mod/addon/map.
• Version: The Minecraft version (e.g., 1.20.1, 1.19).
• Platform: Java or Bedrock.
• File Type: Mod, Addon, Map, Shader, World, etc.
• Tags: Keywords that help people discover your work.
• Description: A detailed explanation of your content (minimum 50 characters).
• Thumbnail: Upload a featured image to attract attention.
• Extra Images: Show previews of gameplay or builds.
• Download File: Upload the .zip, .mcaddon, .mcpack, or .jar file.

Once submitted, your mod goes live instantly if it meets our policies. In case of any violation (copyright infringement, unsafe files), it may be reviewed manually. Our system ensures creators can publish without waiting days while still protecting the community from harmful content.

Security is a core pillar of JustMode. All files uploaded are scanned through multiple layers:

1. Automatic virus scans to detect malicious files.
2. Community reporting system with categories like Unsafe File, Copyright Violation, Fake Content.
3. Moderation team reviews suspicious content manually.

Additionally, we enforce strong account security: hashed passwords, IP-based account limits (3 accounts per IP), reCAPTCHA to prevent bots, and encrypted sessions. This combination guarantees that both creators and players enjoy a safe and trusted environment.

For a mod, addon, map, or shader to be accepted on JustMode, it must follow these rules:

• The file must be safe, clean, and virus-free.
• No copyrighted content without permission.
• Title and description must clearly explain what the mod does.
• Minimum description length is 50 characters.
• A thumbnail image is required (to represent the content).
• Files should be in valid Minecraft formats: .jar, .mcaddon, .mcpack, .zip.

Following these requirements ensures quality and safety for the community and helps your content get discovered faster by players.

In Minecraft, mods and addons are similar but have key differences:

• Mods: Usually for Java Edition, created with programming languages like Java, offering deeper gameplay changes.
• Addons: For Bedrock Edition, simpler but powerful, packaged as .mcaddon or .mcpack, easy to install on mobile and console.

On JustMode, both are treated equally: creators can upload either, and players can filter results by type. This makes JustMode a complete hub for every type of Minecraft content.

JustMode takes privacy very seriously. Here’s how we protect you:

1. Limited Accounts per IP: Maximum of 3 accounts per IP address to prevent abuse.
2. Email Verification: Every account must be verified before becoming active.
3. Encrypted Passwords: Stored with strong hashing (never plain text).
4. Privacy Settings: Users can set profiles, mods, and saves as public, private, or subscribers-only.

These measures ensure that your experience is safe while giving you full control over your content and data.

Downloads on JustMode are fast, direct, and secure. Unlike some sites with popups or unsafe redirects, we use an internal download system:

• Every mod file is stored in our secure server path /uploads/mods/.
• Each download is counted in real time for creator statistics.
• Download numbers are visible on mod cards and mod detail pages.
• We prevent fake download boosts using anti-spam protections.

This system ensures creators get real statistics while players enjoy smooth, clean downloads.

Yes. JustMode plans to integrate Google AdSense in a way that does not harm the user experience. Ads will be:

• Placed naturally between mod cards (e.g., after every 5 mods).
• Responsive to all screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Non-intrusive, respecting players and creators.

Revenue from ads will help us maintain servers, enhance security, and reward creators in the future. We aim to keep the balance between monetization and user satisfaction.
